How does personalization work?
You choose an adventure, tell us your child's first name and age, and upload one clear photo. We illustrate them as an original coloring-book character and personalize the cover, the story and the pages around them.
What kind of photo should I upload?
One child only, face clearly visible, facing the camera, good lighting, head and shoulders in frame, no sunglasses and no heavy filters. Avoid group photos, dark images and extreme angles.
Which file types can I upload?
JPG, JPEG and PNG. HEIC is supported where your browser allows it. Keep files under the size limit shown on the upload screen.
How long does delivery take?
Within 5 working days from confirmed payment. Every book is made to order, so production starts once your payment is confirmed.
Can I create my own theme?
Yes. Choose "Create My Own", name their world and tell us what they love. We turn that into an original Little Plot adventure. We don't reproduce protected characters from films, games or TV — we design an original character inspired by their interests instead.
What happens to my child's photo?
Photos are stored in private storage, accessed only through secure short-lived links by our production process, never used for marketing, and deleted after our retention period. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Can I change how the character looks?
Yes — from the preview you can request a limited number of adjustments such as hair style, hair length, hair colour, skin tone and glasses.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the mobile number or email used at checkout.
