Your child's photograph
We ask for one photo purely so we can illustrate your child as a coloring-book character. The photo is stored in private storage, is never placed in a public bucket, and is never given a guessable public link. Access happens only through short-lived secure links used by our production process and authorized Little Plot staff.
Parent or guardian permission
Before any photo is accepted you must confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have their permission to use the photo.
Retention and deletion
Source photographs are kept only as long as needed to produce and deliver your book, plus a configurable retention period. After that they are deleted automatically. You can request deletion at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp (+973 66713291) or emailing littleplot.bh@gmail.com.
No marketing use
We never use your child's photo, character or pages for social media or marketing. That would require separate, explicit written consent from you.
Order information
We collect only what is needed to deliver: your name, mobile number, email and Bahrain delivery address. Orders are not publicly enumerable and tracking requires details matching your order.
